I was happy with the book. It arrived quickly and in great condition. My only issue is that it did not have the 3 CD’s that come with new edition. I emailed customer service with my complaint and they sent me another book, but still without the CD’s. After some investigation they figured out that the book they are advertising does not come with the CD’s. I was dissappointed :(

Bought this book for my wife’s course in Child Development. I ended up reading while she took breaks and got hooked on to it. Am almost done reading it and its not even my subject. Very insightful, very well explained concepts and fundamentals.

If you are buying this book for your course material – do not hesitate, its worth it. My wife benefited a great deal from this book.

Psst. Amazon prices were cheaper than the college bookstore prices.

As other’s have mentioned this version is NOT the full blown collegiate text book version, as it has NO cds with it. The 3rd edition, which Amazon stocks, does. Strange.
